1K - $47K a year 14 days ago 14 days ago 14 days ago Job Description This position is responsible for the maintenance, accuracy, and safekeeping of all medical records of the residents from time of Admission to Discharge.
This position responds to medical records requests, processes letters and reports, and performs departmental audit requests.
This position works closely with the Medical Records Clerk to ensure records and files are in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
A high school diploma or equivalent, substantial knowledge of medical terminology & record keeping procedures, proficient in meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Skills & Knowledge Requirements - Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with 2 years experience in the medical records field.
Must demonstrate proficiency in knowledge of medical terminology, administrative skills, use of office equipment and computers including health care based software.
Combination of education and experience, which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
